ABT

The name says it all! This class is all about strengthening and toning your abs, butts and thighs.

BOXING

Learn the basic fundamentals of boxing in this technique-driven class that uses apparatus such as floor to ceiling balls, speed balls and light-heavy punch bags.

Set to a high-energy playlist, this class follows a format similar to that of boxing ‘rounds.’

CIRCUIT

If you’re looking for a fun, full-body workout, this class is for you! With the help of energetic music and a range of gym equipment, Circuit combines cardio and strength stations to get your body moving!

FAT BURNER

A low-impact, moderate intensity aerobic class, suitable for all fitness and coordination levels.

PILATES

45 Mins

A progressive floor-based mat class that aims to improve flexibility, strength and stabilisation through functional Pilates practices.

Courses run over 9 – 10 weeks. Beginner – Advanced levels available.

SPIN

45 Mins

A high-energy, high-sweat class using indoor spin bikes. You control your own resistance level as you pedal through those climbs and sprints.

YOGA
