Set to a high-energy playlist, this class follows a format similar to that of boxing ‘rounds.’

Explosive partner work using focus pads. Incorporates boxing drills such as uppercuts, hooks and cross-punches for a total body workout.

CIRCUIT

If you’re looking for a fun, full-body workout, this class is for you! With the help of energetic music and a range of gym equipment, Circuit combines cardio and strength stations to get your body moving!

FAT BURNER

A low-impact, moderate intensity aerobic class, suitable for all fitness and coordination levels.

High-Intensity CIRCUIT

An express version of our regular circuit class, the high-intensity circuit allows you to turn your workout up that extra notch!

PILATES

A progressive floor-based mat class that aims to improve flexibility, strength and stabilisation through functional Pilates practices.
